By accessing or using DigiAI India ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DigiAI India provides AI-powered developer tools including code review, business automation, and lead generation services for Indian developers and small businesses.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to: (a) provide accurate information; (b) not misuse the Service for illegal purposes; (c) not reverse-engineer or copy our tools; (d) comply with all applicable Indian laws.

4. Payments & Refunds

Paid plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. Refund requests within 14 days of purchase will be honored. After 14 days, all sales are final.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and materials provided by DigiAI India are our property. You may not redistribute, resell, or claim ownership of our tools or generated outputs.

6. Limitation of Liability

DigiAI India provides tools "as-is" without warranty. We are not liable for damages arising from use of our tools. Total liability is limited to the amount paid.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of West Bengal.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
